As of September 12th 2022, we inform you that Ellipsis Convertible Risk Adjusted Fund will be absorbed by Ellipsis European Convertible Fund. This merger aims to simplify the management framework.
The operation will be carried out on the basis of the net asset values calculated on 12 September 2022 from the closing prices on 9th September 2022.
