The updated of our Conflicts management policy is available on our website.
Minor changes have been incorporated into this documentation.

Addition of details related to the maintenance of the conflicts of interest register in the policy: how and by whom the register is maintained.
Enrichment of the description of the system in place with the establishment of a conflict of interest mapping.
Update of the policy's review date.
Update of Ellipsis AM's postal address.

The purpose of the present policy is to ensure that Ellipsis Asset Management (“Ellipsis AM”) complies with the provisions of the AMF General Regulation art 318-13 (FIA), 321-46 et seq. (UCITS) as well as those of art 34 of the Delegated Regulation Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/565 of 25 April 2016 supplementing Directive 2014/65/EU, known as "MiFID2" (portfolio management for third parties) concerning conflict management.
