Ellipsis Optimal Allocation - Credit becomes a directly invested fund with 3 new EB shares available

Starting from Friday, April 5, 2024, our fund Ellipsis Optimal Allocation - Credit is evolving from a fund-of-funds format to direct management. Initially managed by Nicolas Blanc since its inception in 2014, the fund is now co-managed with Delphine Laloum, a Credit & High Yield manager.

It's important to note that the risk/return profile of the FCP remains unchanged, but the subscription/redemption procedures are affected, with the centralization of orders now occurring on the same day (D) before 11 a.m. instead of the previous day (D-1) before 3 p.m.

The fund now offers three new EB shares, which are open for subscription. The characteristics of these new shares are presented in the fund's web page documentation.

For more information, please consult the documentation on the fund's web page.
