The new thematic convertible fund managed by Sébastien Caron and Nicolas Schrameck has been registered with the FINMA for distribution in Spain to professional and non-professional investors.
Launched on 5 July 2022, Ellipsis Disruption Convertible Fund is open for subscription for all investor profiles and registered in France, Switzerland, Italy, Luxembourg and now in Spain for I-EUR, J-EUR and P-EUR units.
