The ESG report became the LEC report in 2022, in application of article 29 of the Energy Climate Law of November 8, 2019, decree no. 2021-663 of May 27, 2021.
Article 29 of the said law and its implementing decree aim to align and coordinate the French regulatory framework with the European requirements stemming from the SFDR. This report describes the measures taken by Ellipsis AM to improve its ESG approach in its fund and mandate management activities. It mainly concerns the bond sector (convertible and credit portfolios) over the year 2022.
