The regulatory documentation (fund prospectus and DIC per unit) of Ellipsis Disruption Convertible Fund was updated on 15 June 2023.
It is in line with the update of the PRIIPS DIC model, following the AMF's clarifications on the drafting of DICs. It also includes the update of fees following the closing of the fund's accounting year at the end of December 2022.
