As of June 14th 2023, we inform you that Ellipsis Short Term Credit Fund will be absorbed by Ellipsis High Yield Fund. This merger aims to simplify the management framework.
The transaction will be based on the net asset values calculated on the same day from the closing prices on 13 June 2023.
