The annual review of Ellipsis Short Term Credit Fund's regulatory filings took place on February 18, 2022.
The KIID include the fund's 2021 performance and the ongoing charges taken by the UCIs over a year, in respect of the past financial year. Regulatory evolutions and a number of changes have been incorporated into the KIID and the prospectus, including in particular:
Implementation in the regulatory documents of the ESMA guidance on performance fees (ESMA34-39-992). These guidelines must be implemented (and reflected in the prospectuses) at the latest at the beginning of the accounting year that is beyond 05/07/2021, i.e. at the latest on 01/07/2022 for the fund.
