Annual update of Ellipsis Low Vol Equity Fund regulatory documentation

Ellipsis Low Vol Equity Fund's annual regulatory literature review was held on February 18, 2022.

The KIID include the fund's 2021 performance and the ongoing charges taken by the UCIs over a year, in respect of the past financial year. Regulatory evolutions and a number of changes have been incorporated into the KIID and the prospectus, including in particular:

Update of current fees and 2021 performance in the DICI
Update of the documents following the change of Ellipsis Asset Management shareholder (removal of reference to Exane group, modification of address...)
Addition of examples to illustrate the methodology used to calculate performance fees
